Wrong item in the package
It can also happen that we make a mistake, and you receive a different item than the one you ordered.
In case you received the wrong item as you ordered, follow the steps bellow:
- CONTACT US
Inform us in writing about the incorrectly delivered item to our e-mail address: info@stadionshop.com. In the e-mail, state your name, surname and the order number. In addition, attach pictures that clearly show:
- the error;
- the label;
- our declaration with a five-digit item number.
- WAIT FOR OUR WRITTEN ANSWER
Please wait for our written reply to verify the authenticity of the error.
In the event an error has occurred on our part, we will notify you via e-mail of further procedures for resolving the complaint.
Do not send the goods back to us.
In the event you ship the goods yourself, without our knowledge, we will not cover any shipping costs.
