Return of goods
Due to the wide range of products we offer our customers, it may happen that a product does not fully meet the customer's requirements (wrong material, wrong size, etc.). As a customer, you have the right to return the purchased goods to our address and receive a refund of the purchase price.
In the case of contracts concluded at a distance or off premises, as a consumer you have the right to inform us within 14 days of your withdrawal from the contract without having to give a reason for your decision. The withdrawal period starts one day after the date of collecting the ordered goods.
In any event, you must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay within 14 days of the date on which you notify us of your withdrawal from the contract. You are deemed to have returned the goods in time if you send them before the expiry of the 14-day return period (Consumer Protection Act).
The products must be unused, undamaged, with all original declarations or labels, in their original undamaged packaging and in unchanged quantity.
AN EXCHANGE OF PRODUCTS
An exchange of products is not possible. If you would like a different product, please make a second purchase.
In case of return, please follow the steps below:
- NOTIFY US
Notify us in writing of your withdrawal from the contract at our email address: info@stadionshop.com, without having to give a reason for your decision.
- FILL IN THE RETURN FORM
In addition to the goods, please enclose the original/copy of the invoice and the completed goods return form: https://go.stadionshop.com/return_form.
You may also attach a statement indicating that you are withdrawing from the contract instead of the form.
Prepare the goods for transport. Before handing it over to the courier service, protect it properly so that the contents will not be damaged during transport.
- SEND THE PACKAGE
Send the package to: Stadionshop, TRANSFERA, d.o.o., Lava 7, 3000 Celje, Slovenia.
The only cost you bear in the event of withdrawal from the contract is the direct cost of returning the goods.
We do not accept “Cash-on-Delivery” shipments or shipments that do not comply with our General Terms and Conditions.
Returned goods must be sent by a courier service that allows tracking of the package. We are not responsible for any parcel that is lost or damaged during delivery.
In case of damage or loss of your parcel, please contact the courier service you sent the parcel with.
- INSPECTION OF GOODS
The products must be unused, undamaged, with all original declarations or labels, in their original undamaged packaging and in unchanged quantity. If, on inspection, we find that the goods do not meet all of the above criteria, we may refuse your withdrawal from the contract. We will inform you of the matter by e-mail. Upon agreement with you, we may send the goods back to you at your expense. If the product to be returned is an item purchased as a set, all pieces of the set (tracksuit, jersey set, etc.) must be returned.
We are not responsible for goods returned to us by mistake; however, we may send them back to you at your expense.
You are liable for any diminution in the value of the goods resulting from unnecessary handling and that is found not to be in accordance with the nature, character and performance of the goods.
In exceptional cases where the goods are not returned in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act we may offer to buy the goods back with appropriate compensation, which is to be determined at the time of return. A repurchase at a reduced value will be considered upon your confirmation by email.
- REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE
Refunds shall be made as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days from the day on which we are notified of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The refund of payments received may be withheld until we have taken delivery of the returned goods. The refund will be done by using the same means of payment as you have used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed with us otherwise in written communication.
- TERMS OF REFUND
- if you are returning an entire order, the full amount of the purchase price will be refunded;
- if you are returning part of an order, you will only receive a refund for the goods returned. We do not refund the delivery charge;
- if you have received a free product as a gift in addition to the goods you ordered and you are returning the entire order, you are obliged to return the free product as well;
- you are also obliged to return the free product if there is a promotion in our online shop, e.g., "receive a free product with an order over XY EUR ", and you return part of the order and the value of the order falls below XY EUR.
- A REFUND IS NOT POSSIBLE
The ordered goods cannot be returned under the listed conditions in the following cases:
- if the supplied goods are not suitable for return due to health safety or hygiene reasons (underwear, face masks),
- machinery, appliances, computer equipment, audio and video recordings and computer programs, if you have already opened the security seal and taken the goods out of their original packaging,
- if the supplied goods are books,
- if the product is made according to the consumer's instructions and adapted to their needs,
- if it is a perishable product or a product that has reached the end of its shelf life (e.g., used CD media, cartridges, toners and other consumables, drinks, food, etc.).
