Problems with parcel delivery

In spite of quick and reliable delivery by our courier services, there are many unpredictable things that can happen to your parcel on the way to your address. It could be wrongly delivered, or lost in transport or in the central warehouse of the courier service.

 

LOST PARCEL

If parcel status in the courier service tracking app doesn't change in three working days, there is a big possibility that something is wrong with your parcel.

In this case, we kindly ask you to contact us ASAP on the following e-mail address: info@stadionshop.com. We will notify the courier service about your request ASAP. They will then open an inquiry, which usually takes 14 days.

During the search for your parcel, we kindly ask you for patience and understanding. Courier services are mostly successful when searching for lost parcels.

If the deadline for your inquiry seems too late, you can make a new order.

We cannot provide a refund for your purchase as long as the courier service doesn’t confirm to us that your parcel has been lost. If the courier service doesn’t find your parcel in 14 days, it labels it as lost.

 

WRONG DELIVERY

What to do if you haven’t received your parcel even though parcel status says 'delivered'?

In this case, we kindly ask you to contact us ASAP on the following e-mail address: info@stadionshop.com. We will notify the courier service about your request ASAP. They will then check with the courier the potential whereabouts of your parcel. This inquiry usually lasts 10-14 days.

During the search for your parcel, we kindly ask you for patience and understanding.

If the deadline for your inquiry seems too late, you can make a new order.

We cannot provide a refund for your purchase as long as the courier service doesn’t confirm to us that your parcel has been lost. If the courier service doesn’t find your shipment in 14 days, it labels it as lost.
