By registering you submit your email address. Registered users receive a link when ordering products to their email address, through which the status of the ordered products can be monitored. We need this information for delivery, invoicing or for the purposes of completing the order. In accordance with statutory norms, we do not recognize any extra-judicial consumer dispute resolution provider as competent to resolve a consumer dispute, which a consumer could initiate under the Act of the Extra-Judicial Resolution of Consumer Disputes (ZIsRPS). Transfera, d.o.o., which as a provider of goods and services, enables online commerce in Slovenia, publishes an electronic link to the Online Consumer Dispute Resolution Platform (SRPS) on its website.
